About Tribal Baby

The Natural Child Project Parenting Site of the Month

Welcome to Tribal Baby!

I am proud to have again donated a Green Promise Nappy for  this simple environmental initiative.

Have you registered yet? It's easy to make sure your name is on the official entrants list, and then you can enter each drawing for one of these special nappies!

Tribal Baby is a site I started when Maven was about 6 months old, to record our adventures in discovering EC or baby pottying, and all the related ideas that came along with it, supported it, or that we just did!

We sleep share (I LOVE sleeping with our babies!), do baby led solids, which means letting baby self-feed a lot of the time - it's very freeing!

Breastfeeding is of course important, and getting great support is most important of all - that's why I joined the ABA and recommend it to all new Mums, and ANY mums who want to breastfeed next time, or for longer, or who want to chat to local mums.

I also learnt a self hypnosis program to prepare for having our boys naturally with as little reliance on medication and interference as we could manage - knowing how such things can really impact on maternal health, and baby's too. Check out that info - it might just blow your mind! I had my baby Jett naturally, went home the same day from the birth centre, and he was 9 pounds 9 ounces, or 4.350 kgs. And yes, it was hard work, but not painful work.

You'll see all sorts of ideas and resources around the place - things I found amazingly helpful, or interesting, or that I just wanted to record for my own reference.

Let's get started:

Hint: It’s easy – just highlight the whole page or pick "Select all" from the Edit Menu OR view the source code and you’ll find the hidden link!

My question is 'What is the name of the free email introduction to EC that I developed a couple of years ago?'

-Over 1900 Mums have been introduced to EC with this fun guide!

(Hint: 'The x x to x-x Confidence')
